1. DO I NEED TO TAKE MATERIALS TO PARTICIPATE?
No, Enigmamiens provides all the objects and accessories useful for the smooth running of the games. These will be provided to you at the start, during the briefing. Apart from your good humor, you have nothing to contribute!

2. HOW DO I HAVE TO DRESS?
As treasure hunts and treasure hunts take place outdoors, we recommend that you wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. A word of advice: sneakers are more suitable than high heels or flip flops.

3. WHAT IF IT RATES?
Rain in Amiens, let's see, that never happens !!
Bad weather does not prevent the success of the attractiveness. An umbrella + an appropriate outfit, and let's go for the adventure!

4. WHAT IS THE DURATION FOR A TRACK GAME OR TREASURE HUNT?
The duration varies depending on the game you have chosen. But at a minimum, the children's treasure hunt lasts a good hour and the park's treasure hunt can last 2h30 with a group of teenagers. We advise you to go directly to the pages dedicated to the hunt or the treasure hunt you want to do.
Our games always start with a 10-15 minute briefing and a 5-10 minute debriefing at the end.
These times are only averages and they evolve according to the dynamism and the insight of each participant.

5. HOW TO REGISTER?
To register, nothing could be simpler! You can go directly to the "Book" page and choose the time slot that suits you or you can call us at 06 26 98 30 38 book with us. In both cases, we will send you an email to confirm your reservation with the date, time and meeting place.

6. WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Check that the email is not in your spam or junk mail. If not, contact us so that we can send it back to you.

7. CAN WE OFFER A SESSION TO A FRIEND?

9. WHEN IS THE BEST PERIOD TO PARTICIPATE IN YOUR GAMES?
You can participate whenever you want, we are open all year round!
Of course, some would say that in the rain it's a little less fun, but in the end, when you are there, you have just as much fun.

10. WHAT ARE THE PRICES?
Prices vary depending on the game you have chosen and the number of participants. We advise you to go directly to our "Prices" page in order to easily see the summary of all the prices.

11. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN YOUR GAMES?
Our games are open to everyone: children and adults. It's up to you to choose which one will suit you best. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Children must be accompanied by one adult per group of children.
Our games can be accessible to people with reduced mobility, on the other hand it will be necessary to take into account the aspects of the ground (sidewalks, streets which go up or down, small detour to reach the park saint pierre by a path without bridge, ... )

12. DO YOU NEED TO KNOW THE CITY TO PARTICIPATE?
No, it is not necessary to know the city to participate in our games. The goal of our games is also to help people discover the city, even to Amiens by pointing out certain small details, to which they do not always pay attention.
